Individual Music Therapy.

  • At Sol, we address the health & wellness needs of people of all ages and backgrounds. Music Therapy works to develop and strengthen areas of communication, cognition, psycho-social wellbeing, and motor coordination. Our programs are tailored according to the needs of each individual client.

  • Depending on capacity and needs sessions will vary from 30 minutes - 1 hour.

Groups.

  • We provide an innovative approach to group music therapy, catering to small groups in diverse settings. Our sessions are designed to engage individuals from various age groups, including children between the ages of 0-4 years, as well as child and adolescent mental health groups, primary and high schools, and in corporate team-building. Our group music therapy program aims to foster positive changes in emotional, social, and cognitive domains by using music to address a range of therapeutic and educational goals.

Telehealth Sessions.

  • We offer appointments via Telehealth to help individuals improve their functioning and reach their goals, no matter where they are. The benefits of accessing music therapy via telehealth include reducing the burden of travel and the ease of accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home.
