Nurturing connection through music

Bonding With Bubs

A young toddler standing and holding a teething ring handed by an adult woman with blonde hair, surrounded by other children sitting on a beige carpet in an indoor setting.

As a new parent, it’s natural to feel tired, isolated, or to experience a shift in identity. Our groups offer a safe and welcoming space to connect with other parents while sharing an engaging musical experience with your baby.

Designed and facilitated by a Registered Music Therapist, these groups provide:

  • Sensory development through playful musical experiences

  • Opportunities for connection and co-regulation

  • Gentle support for your baby’s overall development

  • A nurturing environment for both caregivers and babies

Over 10 weeks, you’ll:

  • Discover your innate musical self

  • Learn to recognise and respond to your baby’s cues

  • Use voice, touch, movement, and instruments for play, soothing, and co-regulation

  • Share experiences of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood in a supportive space

No musical experience is needed - just bring yourself and your baby.
